The Client:
Being one of the eldest in the business, son to the founder of John Lester Wigs; Jason wanted to get the business online.
The Challenge:
This is of course a very sensitive subject to many people and as being such a subject the client wanted them to feel that they were an approachable company. That they have the knowledge to help people after over 50 years was not an issue but getting that across to the users of the site in a friendly way. To do that we decided to take the focus off the products and create a vast resource of information for those who have suffered hair loss by age or for medical reasons.
The Result:
What we ended up with was a very informative and helpful website that also sells wigs, but we won’t try and force you to buy them.
